proCONTRACTS 10.5 can now automatically add the applicable trade terms to a contract record. These can be mandatory or rule-based and support ranges, as well as a user-defined trigger for generation (stage or status).

proCONTRACTS 10.5 supports new periods and automatically calculates the total, as well as the yearly cost and revenue, depending on the contract duration.
In addition to ordinary termination or termination for cause, users can now also select contract cancellation (mutual agreement) or contract replacement.
